One agent for SSE, and the mile that broke.

The headline is Managed SSE: SWG, ZTNA, CASB and FWaaS behind a single agent. Underneath it, five changes to the portal that answer the questions troubleshooting actually starts with.

Managed SSE: one agent for four services

Secure Web Gateway, ZTNA, CASB and Firewall unified behind a single agent.

Consolidating the security functions removes the part of the work that never appeared in anyone's architecture diagram: reconciling four agents, four policy models and four sets of logs. One agent means one consistent experience for the user and one place to administer.

Live

Generally available.

Visibility

Clarity with the new SD-WAN Service Overview

Traffic flows, top applications, site performance and interface detail in one view.

SD-WAN insight used to be spread across fragmented pages, which made the simple questions slow to answer. The Service Overview puts the analytics in one reliable place, so the view you open first is usually the view you need.

How to get there
  1. Type 'SD-WAN' in the Jump To tool
Live

Already active for every SD-WAN customer.

Pinpoint issues with Backbone performance metrics

First mile, middle mile, last mile: see which one is actually responsible.

End-to-end visibility tells you that something is slow. These metrics tell you where. First mile is your site to the Backbone, middle mile is across the Backbone, last mile is the Backbone to the destination, and each is measured separately.

How to get there
  1. Type 'vpn' in Jump To and choose 'VPN Connections'
  2. Click 'Add Filter' and choose 'Backbone' from the dropdown
  3. Select 'Enabled'
  4. Click 'Expand All'
Live

Automatic for every customer using the Backbone. No setup required.

Operations

Filter smarter with Logs Explorer exclusion mode

Switch to Exclude, click the IP or port you do not want, and it is gone.

Excluding a handful of noisy addresses used to mean selecting everything else. Exclusion mode inverts that: fewer clicks, a cleaner log view, and a filter that reads the way you were thinking about the problem.

Live

Already active for everyone.

Visibility

Spot traffic flows in the renewed Host Interfaces table

Inbound and outbound split at a glance, so bandwidth questions stop needing a detour.

Seeing which traffic class consumes the bandwidth used to take a chain of clicks into application details. The renewed table shows the split immediately, which shortens the path from symptom to bottleneck.

How to get there
  1. In Jump To, type the name of the host you are interested in
  2. Open the 'Infrastructure Statistics' tab
  3. Scroll down to 'Interfaces'
  4. Expand the table rows for bandwidth control detail
Live

Automatic for everyone. No setup needed.

Operations

Copy information from tables in one click

Grab a whole table at once, or a single field if that is all you need.

A small thing that shows up every day. Wherever the copy icon appears, one click puts the content on your clipboard instead of the field-by-field routine.

Live

Enabled for everyone. No setup required.
