Manage static routes with self-service
Network Administrators create and update static routes directly, at their own pace.
Static Routes Self-Service removes the manual coordination step from routing changes. Fewer handovers means fewer transcription mistakes, and a route change no longer waits for someone else's working hours.

The refreshed BGP configuration pulls views that used to sit apart into one interface, and the metrics land directly in Metrics Explorer. Answering the question "is this peering behaving?" no longer means opening tabs and comparing them by eye.

Lucy: AI-powered self-service inside the portal
An assistant that diagnoses the issue, walks the troubleshooting and often closes it in one workflow.
Lucy is the first of the AI operators to move into the Mission Control Portal. She reads the same telemetry an engineer would, proposes the next step, and keeps the reasoning visible so you can decide whether to follow it.
The point is not to replace the conversation with Mission Control. It is to make the routine half of it unnecessary, so your team spends its attention on the half that is actually hard.
